Human Resource Trainee

As an HR Assistant at our company, your role will involve providing support in various HR functions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to recruitment processes, employee engagement activities, HR projects, and research and analysis tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and new hire onboarding - Organizing and participating in employee engagement activities like team-building events - Contributing to HR initiatives such as policy development, training programs, and performance management processes - Conducting research on HR trends, best practices, and salary benchmarks for continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with employees, candidates, and HR professionals - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain accurate records - Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve workplace issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred Please note that the job type for this position is full-time and permanent.
