As a Human Resource Specialist at Sifars, you will be an integral part of shaping and enhancing our HR operations with a focus on communication, analytical skills, HR technology, and recruitment. Your role will involve strategic communication to convey policies and organizational vision effectively, conducting engaging training sessions, and developing internal communications to boost employee engagement. You will also play a key role in analyzing HR metrics, resolving employee concerns, and devising innovative solutions to improve workplace efficiency. Your responsibilities will include implementing HR technology tools, optimizing automation processes, and staying updated on the latest HR tech trends to streamline HR operations effectively. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in HR technology and automation tools, recruitment strategies, analytical thinking, effective communication, and presentation skills. The desired experience for this position is 3-6 years in HR operations, talent acquisition, and HR tech implementation. A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Personal attributes that will contribute to your success in this role include being hyper-active and proactive, possessing strong interpersonal skills, and having an innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as leave encashment and paid time off, operating on a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
