Human Resource Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, grievance management, and payroll. This role requires a people-oriented professional who can balance employee needs with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop talent pipelines and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Employee Engagement:
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to build a positive work culture.
• Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction.
• Grievance Management:
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
• Maintain transparent communication and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Payroll & Compliance:
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.
• Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, TDS, and labor laws.
• HR Operations & Policies:
• Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support policy implementation.
• Assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, grievance handling, and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Certification in HR (optional but preferred).
