About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, grievance management, and payroll. This role requires a people-oriented professional who can balance employee needs with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop talent pipelines and maintain relationships with potential candidates. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to build a positive work culture. Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction. Grievance Management: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and fair resolution. Maintain transparent communication and ensure adherence to company policies. Payroll & Compliance: Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement. Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, TDS, and labor laws. HR Operations & Policies: Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support policy implementation. Assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives. Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, grievance handling, and payroll. Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information. Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite. Qualifications Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of relevant HR experience. Certification in HR (optional but preferred).
