Role Description:

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates using a variety of recruitment methods and channels.
• Conducting interviews and coordinating the selection process.
• Managing the end-to-end hiring process to ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Training new employees and facilitating their smooth onboarding and integration into the company culture.
• Assisting in the development of effective hiring strategies and contributing ideas to improve recruitment processes and employer branding.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hiring, interviewing, and recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training and onboarding new employees.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
