Role & responsibilities Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new hires. Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidate profiles. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
