Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition (Internal & External):

• Source and screen resumes through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Conduct initial telephonic rounds to assess candidates' communication and technical fit.
  
• Maintain and update the database of potential candidates.
  
• Recruit internal staff including trainers, academic counselors, admission executives, etc.
  

2. Placement Coordination:

• Assist in sourcing job openings from partnered companies.
  
• Coordinate with the placement team to match trained candidates with job openings.
  
• Organize placement drives, walk-ins, and virtual interviews for students.
  
• Track student placement records and feedback from hiring companies.
  

3. Campus Hiring:

• Plan and execute campus drives for hiring fresh graduates and trainees.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities.
  
• Represent Teks Academy during seminars, job fairs, and educational expos.
  

4. Onboarding & Documentation:

• Handle offer letter issuance, background verification, and documentation process.
  
• Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs for new joiners.
  

5. Employer Branding & Social Media:

• Create job flyers, recruitment campaigns, and event posts with the design team.
  
• Promote openings and student success stories on social platforms.
  
• Help build a strong employer brand by showcasing Teks Academy's culture.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  
• MBA in HR (preferred)
  
• Prior experience in EdTech, IT Training, or Staffing firms is a plus
