Job Description

SJ Contracts is Hiring HR Executive (3-6 Experience)

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: JD drafting, sourcing, screening, scheduling & coordination.
Anticipate hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline via portals, social media & industry mapping.
Publish job postings to attract quality candidates.
Maintain HR trackers, MIS reports & candidate databases.
Support additional HR activities as required.

Candidate Profile

Experience:
3-6 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
(mandatory experience in Real Estate or consulting industry).
Education:
BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
Skills:
Strong sourcing & recruitment expertise, preferably with
volume hiring exposure
. Excellent English communication with good understanding of Marathi.
Attributes:
Confident, positive, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
