Job Summary

IT and Non-IT roles

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle across IT and Non-IT verticals
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using Naukri, Shine, and professional networks
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, background check, and offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and status reports
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and job requirements
Ensure timely closures and a positive candidate experience

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 4 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
Hands-on experience using
Naukri.com, Shine.com
, and other sourcing tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)/MBA HR
