Role : HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Carrying out recruitment activities as per SOP.
• Acting as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.
• Training the recruitment team.
• Supervising the recruiting team and reports on its performance.
• Overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities (from sourcing to onboarding) and related documentation.
• Coordinating with AHQ team for the recruitment of Pune R&D Team.
• Coordinating with divisions and department head or managers to forecast future hiring needs and prepare personnel budget.
• Preparing recruitment cost budget.
• Minimizing costs incurred in a recruitment process.
• Negotiating salary with candidates.
• Preparing and submitting applications for all employment-related ringis.
• Building relationships with internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
• Conducting and monitoring the employee referral program.
• Keeping track of recruitment metrics like cost-per-hire, time-to-hire, etc.
• Maintaining MIS reports like personnel cost, budget vs. actual headcounts, field staff list, etc.
• Periodically updating various matrices like ringi and budget authority matrix, employment ringi approval matrix, etc.
• To manage the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Manpower Planning and recruitments for various phases of major expansions.
• To design competency-based methods for selection (including simulation & inductive reasoning tests).
• Good communication skills verbal as well as written.
• Good Team Player with proactive approach and experience of working in Cross Functional Teams (CFT).
