Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods. Collaborate with department heads to create detailed job descriptions and role requirements.
  • Manage and optimize job postings on various platforms.

  • Candidate Management:

  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and feedback.
  • Arrange and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person, and virtual meetings.

  • Onboarding:

  • Coordinate with HR and department managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide necessary information and assistance to new employees before their start date.

  • Data Management:

  • Maintain a recruitment database and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.

  • Compliance:

  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of candidate and employee information.

  • Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company as a great place to work, ensuring a positive employer brand.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Any.
  • Experience:

    Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
