Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Dr Reddys Foundation

Number of Openings: 3

Stipend: Up to 10,000 per month

Duration: 3 months (Full-time, In-office)

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an HR intern, your day-to-day tasks will include:

1. Sourcing Profiles: Identifying and sourcing candidates for various positions.

2. Screening and Scheduling Interviews: Shortlisting candidates and coordinating interview schedules.

3. Candidate Coordination: Managing communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

4. Report Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of various reports using Excel to track recruitment and HR activities.

5. Support to HR Team: Helping the HR team with additional tasks and follow-up activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Languages: Proficiency in both English and Hindi (spoken) and English (written).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong skills in Mail Drafting and business communication.
• Educational Background: Specialization in Human Resource Management and completed MBA in 2023-2024.______________________________________
