6 months to 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience
Strong hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.)
Comfortable working in a target-driven hiring environment
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Source and hire candidates for frontline sales roles
Manage recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Meet monthly hiring targets
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and reports
