Job Summary:

HR Recruiter (Non-IT)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for
non-IT positions
across departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Source candidates using various platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up throughout the process.
Coordinate and manage candidate communication and feedback.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and generate regular reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in
non-IT recruitment
.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, WorkIndia, Apna, etc.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work under pressure.
