Job Title:

About the Role:

BFSI / Financial Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for BFSI / Financial Services roles.
Source and screen candidates using diverse sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and Boolean searches.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet active hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely recruitment delivery.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics.
Assist senior recruiters and recruitment managers with administrative and process-related tasks.
Ensure closure of positions within stipulated turnaround times (TAT).

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI / Financial recruitment.
Strong expertise in sourcing techniques and candidate screening.
Experience managing 30+ open positions independently.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a rotational shift environment.

Educational Qualification:
