Job Description

HR Recruiters (IT & Non-IT)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions.
  • Understand job descriptions and hiring needs from clients.
  • Post jobs on portals and social platforms.
  • Screen and source relevant profiles using job boards and databases.
  • Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.

Candidate Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written

    communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast learner and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Freshers with good communication and interest in recruitment are welcome.
  • Female candidates only (preferred).
