As a Human Resources professional in this role, you will be responsible for various key activities including: - Effectively communicating verbally and in writing within the organization. - Holding a Masters degree in business administration with a specialization in human resources. - Possessing a Bachelors degree or relevant work experience in Human Resource Management, Labor relations, or organizational development. - Demonstrating proficiency in MS Office and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). - Having knowledge of performance management, safety practices, compensation strategy, and talent acquisition. - Experience in fostering a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and engagement among employees. - Ability to analyze and compile employment data to support strategic planning. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for the role include: - Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM). - Value addition in Organic Organizational Development.
