Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data & Records Management:

    Update employee databases, maintain confidential personnel files, manage HRIS data entry (payroll, work IDs, tenure), and ensure data accuracy.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:

    Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation logistics, system access, and offboarding documentation.
  • Recruitment Support:

    Help post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication.
  • Employee Support:

    Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, acting as a first point of contact.
  • Compliance & Reporting:

    Support audits, gather data for reports (tenure, headcount), and help ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
  • Process Improvement:

    Assist in streamlining HR workflows and identifying areas for efficiency.
  • Administrative Duties:

    Handle scheduling, document preparation (offers, letters), and general support for HR initiatives and events.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
