About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems/databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Help in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and exit documentation.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding queries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll-related documentation.
  • Contribute to HR reports, data analysis, and compliance activities.
  • Support in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
