Job Title: HR Executive Location: D-87, SECTOR 2, NOIDA Job Type: Full-time Experience Required:1-3 Year OR fresher with strong internship experience. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and enhance our human resource operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Process payroll, leaves, attendance, and benefits. Assist in performance management procedures and employee evaluations. Coordinate training sessions, induction programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Address employee grievances professionally and maintain a healthy work environment. Prepare HR-related reports as needed (e.g., turnover rates, absences).
