We are looking to recruit a competent and proactive HR Admin Professional with 47 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and administration. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in general HR activities, time office management, payroll processing, and statutory compliances such as PF & ESIC. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage day-to-day HR functions efficiently.Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & AdministrationManage daily HR and administrative activities at the plant/office.Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.Handle employee queries and support HR-related processes.2. Time Office ManagementMonitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.Oversee biometric system functioning and ensure accurate data reporting.Prepare attendance summaries for payroll.3. Payroll ManagementAssist in monthly payroll processing in coordination with finance/accounts.Verify attendance, overtime, deductions, and other pay components.Ensure timely salary disbursements.4. Statutory ComplianceHandle PF, ESIC, labor laws compliance, and related documentation.Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and maintenance of records.Coordinate with consultants for compliance audits.5. Employee Engagement & SupportAssist in onboarding, inductions, confirmations, and exit formalities.Support HR team in conducting employee engagement activities.Address employee grievances and escalate where necessary.6. General AdministrationOversee office administration, housekeeping, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / MBA in HR preferred.47 years of experience in HR Admin / HR Operations.Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll, and labor compliances.Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/attendance software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end

    monthly payroll processing

    through SAP.
  • Maintain and update employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Ensure accuracy of salary calculations, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Handle

    statutory compliance

    including PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, and professional tax.
  • Prepare and share monthly payroll reports and MIS.
  • Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and audits.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, payslips, and deductions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in SAP HR.
  • Support additional HR operations as needed (onboarding, documentation, HR admin).

Required Skills

  • Identify training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultations with department heads.
  • Develop annual training calendars aligned with organizational goals.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and post-training assessments.
  • Maintain training MIS, attendance records, reports, and documentation.
  • Create employee development plans and assist in skill enhancement initiatives.
  • Drive induction & onboarding training for new employees.

HR Operations Support

  • Assist in competency mapping and skill matrix maintenance.
  • Support employee engagement programs and HR-related communication.
  • Coordinate with external training agencies and consultants.
