We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to manage our company’s human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with HR policies and driving employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, screen and onboard new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle payroll processing and attendance management.
Address employee grievances and ensure workplace compliance.
Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
Assist in performance management and appraisals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
Ability to handle recruitment, employee engagement and performance management.
Problem-solving mindset and leadership qualities.

Qualification

BE/B Tech/MBA/BBA/MSW/Any relevant degree in HR or Management
