Manage HR & Admin at plant level, handling recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, audits, and facility management. Ensure smooth HR operations, statutory adherence, and effective workforce administration. Required Candidate profile 5–12 yrs in plant HR/Admin in manufacturing. Strong in labor laws, compliance, IR, audits. Hands-on with ERP/HRMS preferred. Excellent communicator with vendor and team handling experience.
