Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for field marketing executives. Write and post job openings on portals and social media platforms. Source and screen candidates through calls, emails, and job portals. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule final rounds. Coordinate with internal departments regarding hiring requirements. Maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracker. Manage onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities. Assist in performance tracking of new marketing hires. 🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (marketing hiring preferred). Graduate in HR / BBA / MBA or a related field. Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple profiles.
