Job Description

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Hyderabad. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR operations, developing HR policies and procedures, designing and implementing HR strategies, managing Recruitment and Staffing, directing Employee relations and Counselling, and managing HR compliance and Regulation. Qualifications: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Experience in HR management and operations, with at least 5 years in a Manager role Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations Expertise in designing and implementing HR strategies Ability to manage recruitment and staffing, employee relations and counselling, and HR compliance and regulation Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a related field Certifications in HR management, such as PHR or SPHR, are a plus Experience in the logistics industry would be beneficial Perks and Benefits : Group Term Life Insurance (Self) Medical Insurance (Self + 5 dependents) Personal Accidental Insurance (Self) Note: Interested candidates can send their resumes to Email: krishna.kanth@avaanindia.com or WhatsApp: 9848653525.
