HR Manager Excellence Team

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Projects & Automation

    • Lead HR automation projects to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Drive digital transformation initiatives for workforce management and HR operations.
  • Workforce Management & Optimization

    • Partner with business and plant leaders to ensure optimum manpower planning.
    • Design cost-optimization frameworks without compromising workforce effectiveness.
    • Monitor productivity and efficiency metrics for workforce planning.
  • Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

    • Define and execute plant-level C&B philosophy aligned with organizational policies.
    • Benchmark market practices and implement competitive yet cost-effective structures.
    • Drive incentive, rewards & recognition, and performance-linked pay structures.
  • Organizational Development (OD)

    • Partner with leadership on OD interventions to strengthen culture, engagement, and capability building.
    • Lead change management initiatives within the plant.
    • Drive continuous improvement projects in HR governance and policy execution.
  • HR Excellence & Governance

    • Standardize HR processes and ensure compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.
    • Build dashboards, HR metrics, and analytics for data-driven decision making.
    • Support audits, risk management, and governance practices at the plant.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record of driving

    HR automation, digital HR tools, and HRMS implementation.

  • Strong

    project management

    skills with exposure to cost optimization projects.
  • Expertise in

    workforce planning, analytics, and HR metrics.

  • Deep understanding of

    compensation & benefits design and governance.

  • Ability to drive

    OD interventions, culture-building, and employee engagement.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and change management skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institute.
  • 6–9 years of HR experience

    with focus on HR projects, workforce management, and OD.
  • Prior experience in a

    manufacturing setup

    preferred.
