Human Resource Manager - City Mart Supermarket Corporation

City Mart Supermarket Corporation is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and help build a strong people-first culture. This role is ideal for someone with prior HR experience in the real estate or related industries and who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the companys vision and goals
• Work closely with department heads to fulfill manpower needs through effective recruitment (bulk and strategic hiring)
• Handle HR policies, employee engagement, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and ensure timely payroll input coordination
• Drive initiatives for employee retention, culture building, and team development
• Lead the performance appraisal process and assist with goal setting and evaluations
• Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new joiners
• Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and statutory compliances
  

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR functions and employment laws
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience with recruitment, especially in the real estate or sales domain
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools (Zoho, Keka, etc. preferred)
• Problem-solving ability and detail-oriented approach
• Team management and stakeholder coordination
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 to 10 years of HR experience (preferably in real estate, consulting, or sales-driven industry)
• Strong organizational and people management skills
• Candidates from Gurgaon or willing to relocate preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
