We are looking for a motivated and experienced Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise acquisition for City Mart Supermarket Franchise in India. The ideal candidate will have strong regional knowledge, sales expertise, and the ability to onboard and support new franchise partners. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Acquisition: Develop and implement a robust lead generation strategy to identify and attract potential franchise owners. Drive franchise sales for Supermarket Franchise in the all FOCO and FOFO model across India. Identify and convert potential franchise partners through presentations, meetings, and follow-ups. Manage the entire acquisition funnel, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. Leverage multiple channels (digital, networking, referrals, etc.) to reach potential franchisees. Onboarding New Franchisees: Oversee the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring each store is set up for success. Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Build strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends. Successfully onboard a minimum of 10 new franchise locations per month. Provide training, resources, and support to new franchise owners to ensure a smooth transition into the business.
