Job Description

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Policy Development:

Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives.
Review and update HR policies in accordance with legal requirements and company needs.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs.

Employee Relations:

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Promote a healthy work culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Payroll & Compliance:

Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate audits and maintain records for statutory authorities.

Performance Management:

Drive the appraisal process and assist in setting KPIs/OKRs.
Identify training and development needs and organize skill enhancement programs.

HR Operations:

Maintain HRIS and employee records.
Track attendance, leave management, and ensure timely documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
510 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance in Haryana.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working with blue-collar workforce.
Local language proficiency (Hindi and/or Haryanvi) is an advantage.
Prior experience in handling ISO or safety audits will be a plus.
