Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and exit processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Lead recruitment drives, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Implement performance management systems (PMS) and facilitate goal setting & appraisal cycles.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and culture-building activities.
  • Maintain HRIS/HRMS records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, audits, and certifications.
  • Work closely with leadership to support organizational development and manpower planning.
  • Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, recruitment TAT, and employee satisfaction.
