Role Description

  • Strong knowledge and experience working with HRMS software, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in HRMS administration, including system configuration, security settings, and data management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute HRMS-related initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, coordinating with HR, IT, and external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS-related applications.

Qualifications

  • Masters in Business Administration, MSW.
  • Work Exp - 1 to 4years in HR Operations.
