Role Description

Strong knowledge and experience working with HRMS software, preferably in an administrative role.
Proficiency in HRMS administration, including system configuration, security settings, and data management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and propose effective solutions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute HRMS-related initiatives.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, coordinating with HR, IT, and external vendors.
Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
Familiarity with data protection regulations and HR compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS-related applications.

Qualifications

Masters in Business Administration, MSW.
Work Exp - 1 to 4years in HR Operations.
