Job Responsibilities

As an HR Trainee, you will be trained and involved in:

1. Recruitment Support

• Understanding job descriptions and sourcing relevant candidates
  
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
  
• Coordinating interviews with clients
  
• Maintaining candidate data and follow-ups
  

2. HR Operations Assistance

• Supporting onboarding documentation
  
• Preparing basic HR letters and reports
  
• Assisting in employee data management
  
• Learning HR compliance basics
  

3. Client Coordination

• Communicating with clients regarding open positions
  
• Following up for interview feedback
  
• Ensuring smooth process flow between candidates and clients
  

4. Daily Reporting

• Preparing daily recruitment and task reports
  
• Updating trackers and maintaining MIS data
  

Key Skills Required

• Good communication skills
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
  
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  
• Time management and follow-up skills
  

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA, MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)
