Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for delivering both online and offline training sessions, conducting new hire inductions, assisting

in training needs analysis (TNI) for current employees, and developing training content. He/She will also facilitate factory visits

and training sessions at various locations as required by the management.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering Training Sessions - Online & Offline

Conducting New Hire Induction for new employees

Assist in Conducting TNI for existing employees

Creating Functional & Process related content as per requirement

Conduct Factory visits and facilitate trainings at all locations identified by the management.

Educational / Professional Qualification:

  • Any Graduate
  • Any Post Graduate

Work Experience:

  • Min 2+ Years in Training / Organizational Development / Learning & Development / Talent Management

Functional Competencies:

Training delivery Practitioner / Intermediate

Content Creation Practitioner / Intermediate

PPT – Practitioner

MS Excel – Proficient

Digital - Practitioner
