As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take end-to-end ownership of the hiring process across multiple functions. You ll partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment where every hire contributes directly to our company s growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
-Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.
-Develop and execute sourcing strategies through multiple channels (job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals). -Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding. -Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. -Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the People Culture team. -Analyze hiring metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency. -Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process. -Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
-Bachelor s / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. -Proven experience in end-to-end hiring, preferably in creative, tech, or start-up environments. -Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. -Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, etc.). -Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver within deadlines. -Passion for building teams and creating meaningful candidate experiences.
