Role & responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Contingent Worker Admin. The primary responsibility of this role is to centralize and streamline the process for managing contingent workers within the organization. The Contingent Worker Admin will be responsible for data maintenance. This is a critical role that ensures compliance, efficiency, and effective management of contingent workers across various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain a centralized system for managing contingent workers' data, including all necessary documentation, contracts, and other relevant information.
  • Regularly review and update contingent worker data to reflect any changes or updates in the system.
  • Coordinate with the IT department to ensure that the necessary access and permissions are granted or revoked for contingent workers and their respective administrators.
  • Addressing queries and providing guidance on the contingent worker management process.
  • Work closely with department managers and HR partners to ensure compliance with all legal and company-specific requirements related to contingent workers.
  • Develop and maintain accurate reports and metrics related to contingent worker management for review by HR leadership.
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a role that involves contingent worker management or related activities.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, especially in the area of talent management and workforce planning.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to data maintenance and organization.
  • Proficient in using HR and data management systems; experience with HRIS and other relevant software is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze complex information, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations pertaining to contingent workers is advantageous.
