Role & responsibilities

Onboarding:
Help with joining formalities and induction of new employees at field locations.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all HR policies and legal compliance are followed at field sites; maintain proper documentation.
Reporting:
Coordinate with reporting managers and HR team to provide regular updates on field HR activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate or Postgraduate in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong
communication skills
(written and spoken English)
Good
interpersonal and organizational skills
Willing to
travel to field locations
Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
Prior
internship or exposure in HR operations
is a plus
