Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and manage compelling job posts for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
• Design attractive 2D banners and posters on Canva.
• Engage with potential candidates via social media to attract talent and create relationships.
• Build and manage a WhatsApp community of industry professionals to share job openings and foster engagement.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure social media activities align with recruitment strategies.

Who You Are:

• Passionate about social media marketing with prior experience in promoting job opportunities.
• Proficient with Canva and capable of delivering visually impactful graphics.
• Have an active social media profile with at least 10,000+ followers on any platform.
• Currently pursuing a BBA/MBA. (Own laptop preferred.)
• Ready to work from our Gurgaon office, Monday to Friday.
