HR Intern (under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme)

6 days/week 9:30-6:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR trackers
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Assist in drafting HR communications
  • Coordinate with various departments for HR-related tasks
  • Help plan employee engagement and welfare activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR operations

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Management / Psychology or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets
  • Enthusiastic learner with a proactive attitude
