About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in Human Resources, gain hands-on experience, and learn the fundamentals of HR in a fast-paced IT company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Support employee engagement activities to promote a positive and productive work culture.
• Contribute to social media handling for HR-related posts and employer branding.
• Maintain and update HR databases, documents, and employee records.
• Provide support in daily HR operations and other tasks assigned by the HR team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduate or pursuing degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR practices will be an added advantage.
