Job Description

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidate profiles from various channels such as job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment tracker.
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Communicate with candidates via email or phone to gather additional information or confirm availability.
Provide regular updates to the HR team on sourcing and screening progress.
Support the team in other HR activities or projects, as required.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Can work in office( no wfh) in Gurgaon Head Office.

- Have zeal to learn about HR and make career in that.

Please note- Stipend range will be 13,000-15,000 per month depending on the interview
