Job Description: As an HR Intern at Fitistan, you'll support end-to-end HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and internal communications. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations in a fast-growing health and wellness startup. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn HR systems and tools and help us build a workplace that is productive and engaging. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, people-oriented, and excited to grow in a high-impact, purpose-driven organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment databases.
• Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
• Planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Maintain and update HR records, employee databases and documentation.
• Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding materials.
• Research and suggest learning resources for employee skill enhancement.
• Help in managing HR documentation, contracts, and confidentiality agreements.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
