Human Resource HR Operations

You are sought by RAIN to join its Human Resource Department as a Human Resource-Digital Transformation specialist. You should possess experience in managing Success Factors for a multinational corporation. As a Human Resource-Digital Transformation specialist at RAIN, your key responsibility will be to understand and map the organization's end-to-end HR processes. You will collaborate closely with HR Advisory to propose improvements in HR processes and implement organizational requirements into an HR IT system. Your role will involve following up after the go-live data, assisting in selecting the best HR information system, and managing manpower planning and talent management. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the technology footprint for efficient delivery of HR services and simplifying the HR experience using various tools. You will also analyze, design, develop, and maintain HRIS solutions and translate business requirements into system requirements.
