Human Resource (HR) Intern

As an HR Intern at Alien, a global design agency specializing in helping fintech and SaaS startups with high-performance websites and digital products, you'll play a crucial role in supporting HR operations, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. - Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Supporting the onboarding of new hires and maintaining employee records. - Helping organize team standups, training sessions, and HR events. - Ensuring strong communication between the interview panel, candidates, and internal teams. - Utilizing Notion/Trello to structure HR tasks for better clarity and organization. - Gathering feedback and supporting the continuous improvement of HR processes. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or final year student). - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Knowledge of HR processes and recruiting methods. - Experience with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Zoho People, or similar platforms. (Bonus if familiar with Slack). - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities effectively. - Empathy for candidates and a willingness to foster a positive team environment. - Bonus: Interest in fintech or SaaS startups.
