What you’ll do

Lead weekly practical sessions: workflows, critique, decision-making
Turn real client-style briefs into teachable, outcomes-driven projects
Review portfolios, Figma files, prototypes, and case studies
Run usability tests, share feedback loops, and guide shipping rituals
Co-create rubrics, assignments, and short templates with our team
Mentor for interviews, whiteboard challenges, and hiring readiness

Weekly practical sessions

Requirements

5+ years in product design or UX/UI (teaching, training, or team leadership a plus)
Proven impact on shipped work: before/after improvements, constraints, KPIs, lessons learned
Expert in Figma, prototyping, and design systems; understands dev handoff
Confident running usability tests and turning insights into actionable improvements
Clear communicator; patient, direct, and structured
