Human Resource (HR) Intern

As a part of the HaystackAnalytics team, your role will involve various responsibilities related to human resources and recruitment processes. Your primary tasks will include designing and updating job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates through online channels, crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates, screening incoming resumes and application forms, and conducting interviews via phone, video, and in-person. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and distributing assignments and tests, advertising job openings on various platforms, providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, and coordinating with stakeholders for interview scheduling. You will also be required to send job offer emails, address queries about compensation and benefits, participate in job fairs and recruitment events, and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. To excel in this role, you should possess sound knowledge of HR processes, be proficient in using MS Office and GSuite, have experience with sourcing techniques, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English. A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources is preferred for this position.
