Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention.

3. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

4. Vendor Management

  • Ensure timely payment processing and maintain vendor agreements.

5. Petty Cash Management

  • Manage and track petty cash expenses related to HR activities (employee welfare, office supplies, event organization, etc.).
  • Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of petty cash transactions.
  • Maintain records of disbursements and report discrepancies, if any.
