About Us

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for BPO/call center positions, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with placement agencies, recruiters, and external vendors to source high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize social media platforms, online job portals, and traditional channels to attract top talent.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates while ensuring internal equity and alignment with company compensation policies.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and integration processes.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and time-off policies while ensuring adherence to company procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that comply with Indian labor and employment laws.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, ensuring fair and lawful practices.
  • Work with leadership to support performance reviews, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and assist with compliance audits.
  • Contribute to building a self-sufficient HR operation in India, including reporting, processes, and day-to-day HR managementmirroring the structure we have successfully established in the Philippines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • BBA or MBA in Human Resource Management, or MBA/PGDM in Business Administration with a specialization in HR.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years in

    BPO/call center recruitment

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Indian labor and employment laws

    , compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to

    negotiate salaries and compensation packages

     effectively.
  • Demonstrated success working with placement agencies, recruiters, and external partners.
  • Skilled in using social media (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), job portals, and traditional hiring methods.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing HR operations independently.
