As an HR Generalist at our company based in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Onboarding & Induction: You will be responsible for the seamless execution of employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs. - Employee Exit Management: Handling resignations, exit interviews, documentation, and clearance formalities will be part of your duties. - Full & Final Settlements: Ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of F&F settlements. - Employee Grievance Handling: Addressing and resolving employee concerns while upholding confidentiality and fairness. - HR Policy Implementation: Ensuring consistent application and communication of HR policies throughout the organization. - Compliance Management: Maintaining statutory compliance related to labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc. - Recruitment: Managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordination. - Vendor Management: Effectively handling HR-related vendors, contracts, and service level agreements. Qualifications required for this role: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR generalist functions. - Strong understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems. - Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring attention to detail.
