Job Description

,and Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition -
Drive end-to-end recruitment for business and support functions including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and offer closure.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Own and execute end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, confirmations, exits, and documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Design and execute engagement initiatives, pulse checks, and wellness programs that align with our culture and values.
HRMIS & Employee Records
- Maintain and audit employee records, HRMS data, ensure compliance with company policies.
Performance & Feedback Cycles
- Coordinate quarterly and annual performance processes, including feedback loops, and manager enablement.
HR Dashboards & Reporting
- Generate dashboards and actionable insights on attrition, engagement, and workforce trends.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 6 years of progressive HR experience in Talent Acquisition specialist, Generalist, or Business Partner roles
Strong understanding of core HR processes
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle ambiguity, multitask, and work cross-functionally
Strong data orientation with hands-on experience in Excel, HRMS, and reporting
Exposure to startups or dynamic work environments is a plus
