The position available is for Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in the field of Human Resource. The candidate must hold a Ph.D. qualification and be Net Qualified. The key responsibilities for the Human Resource Faculty include: - Demonstrating excellent teaching skills and training delivery by effectively communicating and presenting complex legal concepts in a clear manner. The candidate should conduct interactive training sessions and workshops while providing practical illustrations and discussing case laws to enhance learning outcomes. - Possessing technical expertise in tools such as Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, etc. - Showcasing experiential learning skills by planning and executing Faculty Development programs, Seminars, Conferences, Moot Courts, Mock Trials, Client Counselling Competitions, and other related activities. Overall, the ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to deliver engaging training sessions and effectively contribute to the academic development of students.,
